• ✦ Licensed Massage Therapist since 1996.
• ✦ Taught Massage Therapy at Stark State College for 20 years.
• ✦ Trained in Reiki in 1991 and became a Reiki Master in 1993.
• ✦ Certified in Functional Nutrition from the American Academy of Functional Health.

What is Wellness Care?

While there are many definitions of Wellness Care, my approach centers on the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Due to a variety of factors associated with modern life, this natural ability is often disrupted. Wellness Care helps rebalance the body for optimum health and healing. Thus, I focus on therapies that help bring the body back to its normal functioning state.
